Additionally you meet the following conditions:

Currently you follow a bachelor degree in (Business) Economics or another study with economic components;
Fluent in Dutch and English;

  • You can perform independent projects;
  • You have a hands-on approach and are proactive;
  • You have strong analytical skills;
  • You are a good organizer and find it challenging to monitor deadlines;
  • You are available for a period of 5 to 8 months.
HR internship with an international focus

For our HR department we are looking for an intern who will support in a global project. During this internship we can offer you practical experience and broad exposure to understanding the change in business strategies and change management. You will perform assigned duties to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards, required for successful performance of the project. Duties will include gathering and organizing data to provide information for projects or reports, prepare project reports, progress summaries, statistical analysis, and related data. Since this is a Global project, knowledge of fluent English is a must in addition to Dutch as one of the main duties will include translating Dutch policies and procedures in English.

The global project that you will be involved in requires assessing needs and implementing tactical and strategic solutions in a changing environment helping integration between two Deloitte entities. The project is to help identify and outsource activities by providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, change management and conflict resolution. The project responsibilities also include providing expertise in areas such as career planning and performance management, among others. Driving effective delivery of processes by maintaining strong partnerships with the group's leadership team and functional HR departments is key.
