Your challenge

Contrast agents are used to visualize blood vessels in cardio/vascular X-ray devices. Cardio/vascular X-ray systems use a contrast agent injector for contrast-based X-ray image generation for clinical purposes. A new standard has been developed to enable a smart integration of such an injector into an X-ray system. We aim to connect injectors via this interface and therefore there is a need of a software-based coupling that adheres to this specification.

This interface allows for full control of the injector based functionality. To demonstrate this behavior a new software layer needs to be introduced at the X-ray system.
