You will contribute to the effectiveness of the global coaching program which is in place for Philips Lighting Sector Strategy & Innovation and Marketing by:
•Analyzing the current coaching program: ◦Profile of the coaching participants
◦Organizational background of the coaches and coachees
◦Strengths and development areas for both coaches and coachees
◦Are objectives and expectations met?
•Mapping the available coaching programs within Philips (Lighting) and comparing these with the Lighting Sector program
•Analyzing and reporting findings and conclusions, resulting in an implementation plan for the recommendations

The Strategy & Innovation and Marketing organization play an instrumental role in identifying the customer and consumer needs, and bringing to market the solutions that will truly enhance peoples' lives. Your team is responsible for cross BG and Market succession planning, staffing and talent development, and to further define the required technology competences to create growth beyond the current strategy. Because of the global focus (international), communication plays a vital role.
In this dynamic and fast changing environment you will learn a lot and gain experience through active articipation in daily tasks.

To be successful in this internship we are looking for you:
•Currently studying towards your University Bachelor of Science WO (Bsc.) in:
•To be self-motivated, pro-active, with a "can do" and customer oriented attitude
•Need to have a sense of responsibility, in order to accomplish the tasks assigned to you
•Are able to shift quickly between projects and subjects
•Have excellent communication skills to interact efficiently with managers and employees
•Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
•Are fluent in oral and written in English
