Our internship program of 6 months will start the 1st of September 2016 at the Amstelveen office. During the Internship Program you will receive professional training and dedicated support to write your thesis. Together with your fellow interns you will take part in fun and inspiring activities. The various topics of the internships/thesis assignments are

Business & IT assignments:
  1. How can HPE keep its customer information up to date to: optimally serve its customers in a dynamically moving market and use this information for sales people in order to have insights into the status of opportunities? This is a combined assignment: research and practical execution of the next steps
  2. How can HPE effectively initiate engagement with the various management stakeholders of the so-called hunting accounts for the Global Accounts and Commercial & Public Sector sales segment?
  3. How can HPE make use of Social Media to reach (large) business clients? Develop an action plan based on the current state and the desire state of Social Media usage by HPE.
Marketing assignment
  1. Co-create and execute integrated marketing/communications plans to grow and maximize business amongst existing plus new top customers.
Finance assignment:
  1. Research location strategy of controllership departments of HPE and comparable companies: provide insight in how our location strategy works, compare that to other companies and propose direction for future developments.
  2. This assignment is filled - Reporting and goal setting for accounting managers: provide insight in what accounting managers are doing in HPE in various countries, propose a dashboard with key controls and develop a link from the dashboard to goal setting and goal scoring for accounting managers
HR assignment
  1. Structuring and improving the labor market communication for HPE the Netherlands in order to attract the best candidates and to improve the diversity of applicants. Develop labor market communication for HPE which is original, distinctive and effective for online and/or offline communications and campaigns for talent acquisition.
Legal assignment:
  1. What is the impact of the European General Data Protection Regulations on IT suppliers?
