Responsibility
Project leading responsibility
During the internship you will act as the Project Leader for an important Transfer Pricings (TP) project designed to ensure that our Industrial Coatings (ICO) sites have implemented our TP policy. This project is crucial to the business unit because failure to follow the TP policy can incur additional tax costs and fines.

Thus you investigate and confirm that BU ICO TP policy has been implemented correctly, and is monitored and managed properly at the sites.
If the policy is not in place you assist the site in setting up a plan to implement the policy.

You also investigate whether the sites have set up a reporting structure for the monthly monitoring of actual IQ sales, and ensure that monitoring and yearly adjustments take place when needed. If this reporting structure is not in place you assist the site in setting up a proper reporting structure and monitoring procedure.

Finally, you investigate whether the entities have proper documentation for the TP process and take any necessary steps to ensure proper documentation.

You report to the EMEA Controller and, if necessary, you will receive support from the Director Performance Coatings.
