Your challenge

In our procurement transformation we need to have best in class ways of driving our cost reduction program. As a Procurement analyst, you will develop new collaborative process and supporting IT tools that enable transparency and monitoring of all Consumer Lifestyle (CL) Procurement cost reduction programs, you will collaborate with teams globally to drive performance up, you will report and analyse progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

Your responsibilities

•Deliver meaningful, accurate and timely financial reporting & analysis on procurement cost reduction performance (budget, forecast, actuals, margin), and communicate to senior managemen.

•Manage Consumer Lifestyle savings reporting process and tools, including programming of a Microsoft Sharepoint collaborative web reporting and project tracking tools that enable close to real time collaboration with teams globally and visibility on procurement savings

•Provide Consumer Lifestyle teams visibility on progression for savings projects, and collaborate with procurement management team and teams in different businesses and regions worldwide to identify and drive additional opportunities

Your team

Part of the CL sector Procurement team, you interface with the management team of CL procurement, procurement leaders from all categories, as well as their controllers. You are also the interface to the corporate procurement F&A team for whom you represent CL. The team consists of 7 members

We are looking for

•Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering or Finance (required)

•At least 3 years relevant experience as a Controller, Cost Engineer or Financial Analyst (required)

•Strong analytic and proven ability to learn to develop/maintain IT solutions (required)

•Strong communicative and people skills (required)

•Hands on, solution and improvement driven, very accurate but with sense of big picture

•Ambitious (willing to grow within organization) and flexible hours available

•Background in Procurement is an advantage
