Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (Deloitte Global) provides services to Deloitte member firms across the globe. DTTL personnel work on complex business projects that connect and serve Deloitte member firm practitioners across the world.
New legislation will drive mandatory auditor rotations in many countries and will increase pursuit related activity. DTTL has established the Global Capture, Defend and Convert Center of Excellence (GCDC) to help its member firms win audit tenders, retain major audit clients and transition audit clients where Deloitte needs to rotate off.
The Information Analyst will support the Global Capture, Defend and Convert (GCDC) team in the areas of business research, information management, knowledge sharing and special projects. This position will be supporting global audit pursuit processes with different aspects of information; think data analysis, client data, audit pursuit content. A large part of the role will require working in virtual teams over Skype with people in other countries, including a business research team in India. Working locations will vary, so flexibility is required, but standard offices are Rotterdam (2-3 days/week) and Amsterdam (1-2 days/week). The role is estimated to require at least 32 hours per week, with the exact number open for discussion. Business language is English.
Support the GCDC pipeline management tool
Support roll out to Deloitte member firms around the world
Act as bridge between business teams and IT
Maintain data and access rights, generate status reports
Coordinate accurate client data in relation to country specific audit environments, including mandatory rotation developments
Coordinate progress reports for data management activities around the different pillars, and provide management overviews with business results
Intake and coordination of Account Specific Pursuit Knowledge
Supporting Global Pursuit teams by coordinating requests for business research, such as company analysis and benchmarks. Organizing resources and deliver customized answers on pursuit related questions.
Support the needs of the Global Pursuit teams with Knowledge Management related services.
Curatorship on Knowledge Management platforms
Responsible for providing support on the GCDC website (updates, changes)
Responsible for the GCDC KM Pursuit Knowledge SharePoint environment (access rights, implementing new modules, curatorship best practices)
Education (degree): Min. Bachelor’s Degree (for example business economics, but skills are more important than education for this role)
